New Life Club Mission Statement

To provide opportunities for ministry, spiritual enrichment, and Christ-centered fellowship, including activities that are educational, recreational, and inspirational.

“and let us consider how to stir one another up to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:24-25

Connecting Opportunities

New Life Club Meetings

Meetings are held every month on the third Thursday at 12 noon in the Vine Cafe.

We welcome all like minded seniors. You do not need to attend or belong to St. Matthew.  We have a great program and lunch each month. We ask for a donation of $5.00 for lunch. No reservations are needed. Join in for great fun, food and fellowship. Over 100 people attend each month! Come early to get a good seat.

New Life Club Choir

Meets every Wednesday at 4 p.m. in the Park Room for practice.

We have three dozen beautiful souls who love to sing the Gospel of Christ. If you want a stress free, rewarding ministry and can carry even a “slight” tune, please consider joining us.

Upcoming Saint Matthew Senior Travels Trips

Saint Matthew Senior Travels welcomes any senior that wishes to travel with us. It is not limited to our church members.  We take afternoon, evening, one-day, and two to nine-day trips throughout the year. These trips are announced at our monthly New Life Club meetings. Those in attendance will be able to sign up that day, which in some cases fills up a trip.  After the meeting, trips will be posted for others to sign up to attend.   We love to meet new, like-minded traveling friends.

For more information on trips contact Jeanie Lively Cell  at 618-979-7434 or Email: jlively@stmatthewumc.org
